NCI to Roll Out Cancer Molecular Analysis
Portal to Integrate Oncology Data from TCGA

The Cancer Molecular Analysis Portal is scheduled to launch next week with about a terabyte of brain cancer data from the Cancer Genome Atlas project. TCGA’s ovarian and lung cancer datasets are the next scheduled to arrive, with “a continuous flow of datasets into the CMA Portal over the next few months.”
